How much will shipping be on my order?
Shipping is free on all 50 US states. International shipping is only $50 on any size order.
Is there a minimum order to qualify for free shipping?
No, you may order as much, or as little, as you would like from our website, and your item(s) will ship free.
Can I cancel my order?
You must cancel your order within two hours of placing it. Otherwise, we will need to handle your request using our return policy, as indicated below.
What will be the lead-time on my order?
Most orders should be shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse.
How will my items be shipped?
Your items will be sent directly from our warehouse to you via UPS or FedEx. Please carefully inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival for any damage or defects keeping original packaging until you have satisfactory results from your inspection.
Will you provide me with tracking on my order?
Normally, we should be able to provide tracking information to you.
Do I get a warranty with my items?
All merchandise is guaranteed to be free from defects for 365 days from the date of purchase. However, we may not be held liable for any misuse of our products. This warranty does not cover claims for damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, or damage due to shipping or packaging.
